    1. In this internship, I was responsible for maintaining the real-time accuracy of data sheets used by analysts as well as analyzing and correcting errors in the tables.
    2. Assist the analysts to update the data in weekly report, monthly report and other documents, and help typesetting documents.
    3. Based on the historical sales situation and inventory situation, maintain the replenishment data sheet, and calculate the weekly replenishment quantity for each category of goods delivered to the Sourcing team.
    4. Assist the Sourcing team to confirm the accuracy of order types, order quantity, order form, invoice, etc.

  • Shanghai Geling IT Co., Ltd. (data analysis) - 2020.9~2021.2

    1. In this internship, I was responsible for sorting out and analyzing the monthly order data, using descriptive statistical methods to summarize and analyze the order data in terms of time, place, operator and other dimensions.
    2. The FBPROPHET model were also used to make time series prediction analysis of order volume in the internship.

  • Institute of Data Science and Statistics, SUFE (Data Clinic) - 2019.9~2020.1

    1. This internship project focuses on target detection and OCR.
    2. I was responsible for labeling the target detection area of some images;
    3. I designed the demo webpages of the project using Flask framework, including the functions of picture uploading, number identification and output check.

My name is Eddie Shen, and I am studying in the Statistics Experimental Class of Grade 2017, School of Statistics and Management, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. In terms of skills, after entering the university, I have studied the professional knowledge of statistics, and also studied the computer courses such as database and data structure based on my future career requirements. After class, I actively improved myself by learning mathematical modeling and participating in competitions with classmates. I also learned Photoshop and other tools by myself after class. In terms of personal character, I am easy-going and lively and I am able to work harmoniously with my colleagues and friends.
